Founded in 2018 by Mathew Couldrey, the business is built on real, hands-on experience gained from working through every level of the industry. Starting as a plumbing engineer, Mathew progressed into mechanical and combustion roles before moving into senior supervisory and operational positions. This depth of experience gives him a practical, no‑nonsense understanding of what works, and what doesn’t. Today, that same mindset defines the business: “No Problems, Just Solutions.” Delivering reliable, well‑thought‑out HVAC services with a focus on doing the job right and looking after people.

Shaun Sylvester

Business Development & Partnerships Director
As Business Development & Partnerships Director, Shaun Sylvester is responsible for driving growth and building long-term client relationships. With extensive experience across facilities and property management, he takes a strategic, consultative approach, ensuring clients are connected with solutions that genuinely meet their needs. Finance Manager

Kirsty Lansley

Lead Operations Administrator

We’ve introduced electric vehicles and are on the path to achieving ISO 9001 certification, showcasing our leadership in sustainable practices. Our new purpose-built offices in Cove keep us connected to the community while eliminating gas heating and hot water. The building is well-insulated, equipped with air conditioning, point-of-use electric hot water production, and energy-efficient LED lighting. 

By employing H&S advisors, we maintain a safe working environment and stay up-to-date with all safety regulations. Together, we are building a greener future.
